Triolena pileoides

Triolena pileoides is one of the most beautiful and extremely delicate species native to the tropical South American highlands. It is quite challenging to cultivate and requires a loamy, well-drained yet moist substrate. In my experience, this species grows best in akadama. This particular specimen originates from Ecuador.
